STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

Step 1: Download the abstract submission form.

Step 2: Complete the form in ENGLISH.

Step 3: Format the abstract according to the guidelines and formatting details.

Step 4: Save the abstract form as “lastmane_initial.doc”

Step 5: Send it by e-mail to  info@hab2010.gr

Step 6: Submission of your abstract will be acknowledged immediately

ABSTRACT ASSESSMENT PROCESS 

Deadline for submission of Abstracts is 1st June 2010.

Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted by the Organizing Committee

By 30th June 2010 submitters will receive notification emails from the HAB2010 Secretariat regarding the acceptance of their abstracts (oral or poster presentations)

The Organizing Committee and the Session conveners will accommodate authors’ preferences for oral or poster presentations, depending on oral timeslot availability and the structure of the thematic sessions.

Some of the abstracts might be moved to the Poster Session. Conversely some poster presentations might be invited to make it oral.

Session conveners reserve the right to reject submitted abstracts that are poorly written, do not follow the submission guidelines and/or are beyond the scope of the conference.

Abstracts are only accepted from presenting authors who have sent in the registration forms and who have paid the appropriate registration fees at the latest by 1st June 2010 (Early registration deadline). Exempted are authors who have applied for an ISSHA Travel Grant or have been in contact with us beforehand (popi@ath.hcmr.gr).
