Registration Guidelines

1. Each participant is required to complete the Registration Form 


2.Early bird registration and abstract submission expired on 25th July and 18th July 2010, respectively


3. Please note, presenting authors should have registered by 25th July 2010 (extended Early registration deadline) at the latest. The registration is not finalized unless paid. Exempt are authors who have applied for an ISSHA Travel Grant or have been in contact with the Organising Committee (info@hab2010.gr).

5. Registration fee of participants will include:


A. Full delegates:

 Full access to scientific sessions

 All the congress material including congress bag, certificate of attendance, abstract book, proceedings (to be issued at a later date)

 Coffee breaks

 Participation to the welcome cocktail


B. Students:

 Full access to scientific sessions

 All the congress material including congress bag, certificate of attendance, abstract book. The conference proceedings which will be issued at a later date can be purchased separately

 Coffee breaks

 Participation to the welcome cocktail


C. Accompanying persons:

 Coffee breaks

 Participation in the welcome cocktail

 A special badge as well as tourist information leaflets


D. Day Card

 All the congress material including congress bag, certificate of attendance, abstract book. 

 Coffee breaks for the day

 Participation to the welcome cocktail if applicable

 The conference proceedings which will be issued at a later date should be purchased separately


6. Payment methods

 All payments must be made in Euro- EUR

 Bank transfer, credit card or cheque are accepted before the conference

 If you chose to pay your registration fee on site, please note that cheques are not accepted; only cash or credit card.

 In case of bank transfer, please ensure to indicate title of the conference and your name

7. Cancellation policy

 Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to 14th ICHA Organising Committee (info@hab2010.gr)

 Cancellations on/before 15th September 2010 are subject to 50% refund of registration fee. Registration is forfeited for cancellations made after 15th September 2010.

 Possible refunds will be processed after the event.


8. Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance for the participants or accompanying persons regarding sickness or loss of personal properties.
